Qualification:-
· Candidates must know subcontracting activities.
· Ensure implementation as per schedule; Audit sub contractor premises on a monthly basis to ensure proper warehousing and stock accuracy.
· Validate the reconciliation report of physical Vs System stock at subcontractor premises & map accordingly in ERP as per procedure.
· Review the subcontractor’s performance on quality and delivery on a monthly basis and suggest corrective actions.
· Understand the ABC/FMR calculation and concepts.
· Prepare dashboards and forward the same to management
· Must be basic knowledge about SAP
Job Description:-
· Monitoring the receiving of raw material (Import, domestic & sub-contracted) as per the company laid guidelines.
· Monitoring and ensuring the quality storage of raw material within the warehouse as per the company set procedures.
· Ensuring the availability and issuance of raw material to internal customers (Production Dept, NPD etc.) as & when required following the company procedures, Planning, Coordination with warehouse Team and procurement team for timely availability of required raw material.
· Take the lead and resolve the issues related to warehouse functioning with effectiveness and take support from seniors when necessary.
· Drive and monthly schedule for cycle count for all the parts. Analysis for the variance and corrective action.
· Understands activities such as receiving, shipping, production output, order requirement and business plan.
· Coordinates functions of production, supply chain and inventory control levels
Evaluates problems with inventory, delivery and/or sales orders.
· Understands ERP systems and develops reports and processes for material.
· Establish KANBAN system, train the employees and contract operators on implementing KANBAN system;
· Monitor performance of the water spider and review with warehouse team on a weekly basis.
· Establish and maintain FIFO system and review periodically.
· Monitor House Keeping in the warehouse and work towards improving the same. Review 5 S audits and recommend and implement corrective action.
· Establish safety systems in the warehouse and ensure safe practices.
